This project will build the new home for the Veterinary Medical Complex's "California Veterinary Emergency Team," or VMC -CVET, in addition to a new shelter medicine clinic. These new buildings will be located on Garrod Drive, west of the Gourley Clinical Teaching Center. 

DCM is renovating two existing spaces within the 4th of TLC Writing Center into two paper-and pencil-testing rooms for the undergraduate department.

Following significant construction in the area the Physical Sciences District Improvement project is aimed at improving the spaces between the buildings by implementing safer to traverse pathways and climate-resilient landscapes.

UC Davis Design and Construction Management is improving the ARC Parking Lot (Lot 25) to create a smoother, clearer and more predictable experience for people no matter their preferred mode of transportation.

Various modernization projects related to HVAC improvements, classroom conversions, interior and exterior renovations work, and security improvements at Young Hall.

Sprocket building will be remodeled into a new anatomy lab and general assignment classroom on the first floor, refreshed lab space on the second floor, new restrooms and building security upgrades.
