About this Project
In order to accommodate the Department of Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior’s course relocating from Haring Hall, Sprocket Building will be remodeled to add lab and classroom space, upgrade building security and more. The project includes a remodel of the first floor of Sprocket building to add multiple labs, a specimen storage area, a classroom, an office and a teacher's assistant lounge. As part of the remodel, lab space on the first floor will be repurposed into a general assignment classroom. In addition to the first floor remodel, this project includes a refresh of the second floor, including the installation of new paint, lighting, lab benches, sinks and fume hoods. Other improvements include additional restrooms on the first and second floors and upgraded building access systems.
