Kim leads a team of professionals that manage the development of strategic, integrated planning visions and capital programs in close collaboration with campus stakeholders. This team includes Capital Planning, Design, Interior and Furniture Services, and Space Management and Project Development (SMPD).

Jason Magness Jason leads a team of civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, landscape architects, and controls engineers who work together to support the campus capital program. His group includes Engineering Project Management, Engineering & Commissioning, and Inspection Services.

Leslie leads a team of capital planners who plan for and steward investments in capital assets and advocate for funds from the State and other sources. The Capital Planning team annually updates the Capital Financial Plan, manages capital project approvals, and coordinates reporting to further the mission of education, research and community engagement throughout the campus.

Lucas leads a team of environmental and sustainability experts who create long-term plans that incorporate the physical growth, social sustainability, and development of the campus. His unit, Campus Planning and Sustainability (CPS) integrates the offices of Campus and Environmental Planning (CEP) and Sustainability.

Mark leads a team of professionals who provide expertise in the strategic planning and implementation of a full complement of real estate services for campus and UC Davis Health. Service units include Transactions & Portfolio Management, Home Loans and Public-Private Partnerships.
