Zero Interest Program Loan (ZIP)

This recruitment tool provides eligible faculty, primarily assistant professors, with a zero-interest loan that is forgivable over ten years of UC sevice.

Provides competitive first mortgages to eligible faculty and senior management to help with the purchase of a principal residence near campus.
