Contract Management

Our Contract Management (CM) team, consisting of Contracts and Records Management, provides strategic programming and services related to the stewardship, execution and legal administration of Design and Construction Management's (DCM) consulting and construction contracts.

The contracts team drafts, prepares and executes all of DCM consulting and construction contracts.

Records Management:

Working collaboratively with their colleagues in project management across DCM, this team facilitates and administers construction contracts during the construction phase, through to completion.
