Design and Construction Management (DCM) is comprised of several operating unit teams that collaboratively steward the development of our campus. The breadth of our expertise includes long-range, environmental and sustainability planning, design, bidding, contract management, construction administration, inspection, integrated planning and design, support for the university's strategic capital plan, real estate services ranging from leasing to third-party partnerships, and more. Each unit works together to ensure that our projects align with the university's goals.
