Software User Guides

UC Davis Design and Construction Management uses a variety of software to manage multiple project processes. These collaborative tools are used by our internal staff, outside designers, contractors and more. Below, please find helpful guides — organized by intended audience — for properly using these tools.

Bluebeam Design Review

DCM uses Bluebeam to review all design documents.

Note: The Project Review List is secured and can only be accessed by approved UC Davis employees. Please email us at ask.dcm@ucdavis.edu if you need to be given access. 


CPMA (Spitfire)

DCM uses the Spitfire and Dynamics SL application for Construction Project Management and Accounting (CPMA) processes.


DocuSign 

DCM uses DocuSign to initiate and sign Furniture Services Request forms. 


Dynamics SL

DCM uses the Spitfire and Dynamics SL application for Construction Project Management and Accounting (CPMA) processes.


Plan Grid

DCM utilizes Plan Grid during construction to manage and verify compliance per specification section 01 78 39 Project Record Documents.
