Jason is the Executive Director and Campus Engineer leading the Engineering unit at Design and Construction Management.

Jason joined UC Davis as a Project Manager in 2000 after beginning his career in environmental remediation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in 1994. He started in Facilities Management before transitioning to Utilities as an Operations Manager, a role he held until 2010.

In 2010, Jason briefly returned to USACE to oversee the $200 million Phase III of the Folsom Dam Auxiliary Spillway project. The following year, he returned to UC Davis as a Senior Project Manager within Design and Construction Management (DCM). Since then, he has held key leadership roles, including Associate Director of Engineering Project Management, and Director of Special Project Management. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Engineering and Campus Engineer.

Jason holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer in California.
