Jesse is the Director of Major Capital Projects leading a team of highly skilled professionals with the responsibility of managing the design and construction of the campus-wide capital building program.

Jesse is a licensed Architect with over 20 years of design and project management experience. He received a Master of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. Jesse joined the DCM team in 2018 and since then has managed a variety of capital projects. Jesse has also been a LEED accredited professional since 2003.
