The next campus housing expansion will introduce a new residence hall in the Segundo area, capable of accommodating 400-600 students, located between Primero Grove and the Regan complex.

To support our campus’s strong sense of community, offer students multiple options for living on campus and provide them with easy access to academic resources, UC Davis is engaged in the most ambitious student housing construction initiative in its history, including a replacing Emerson Hall.
