About this Project

The next campus housing expansion will introduce a new residence hall in the Segundo area, capable of accommodating 400-600 students. The new hall will be strategically located between Primero Grove and the Regan complex, occupying the area where parking lots 22 and 16 currently sit. In addition to housing, this building will incorporate  innovative spaces designed to support students accessing virtual mental health and counseling services.

This project is the latest in a series of impactful collaborations between Design, and Construction Management, Student Housing and Dining Services and Campus Planning to expand student housing. Read more about the successes of this partnership and upcoming housing projects.
