About this Project

To support our campus’s strong sense of community, offer students multiple options for living on campus and provide them with easy access to academic resources, UC Davis is engaged in the most ambitious student housing construction initiative in its history. When complete, this student housing redevelopment project will replace an aging facility built in 1967 and will be the final residential component of a master plan to redevelop the Cuarto area. This suite-style dorm will provide beds for 800 students across multiple buildings that include 2- to 3-bedroomunits and community spaces.
