This project will create a locker room space for all members of campus recreation. The work encompasses the demolition of the existing locker space and the creation of modern lockers and new private, accessible changing spaces and showers.

The new flight hall will allow the Raptor Center to perform a new type of research into how bird flight can inform aircraft design.

This project creates a modern, secure, centralized home for the student-run radio station KDVS to preserve its legacy for future decades of UC Davis students, community, and alumni.

The first floor of Hutchison Hall underwent renovations to create state-of-the-art lab space for new faculty in the Department of Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior.

In order to accommodate an increased need for mental health care and counseling spaces in the Student Health and Wellness Center, areas on the second and third floors are being modified.

The 60-year old Solano Park apartments will be demolished. In it's place an overpass will be constructed to connect the campus to a housing development that will house students once constructed.

Teaching labs in Hutchison Hall 103 and 109 are being renovated to better serve students with an updated, flexible space.

Nine classrooms in the Wellman Hall basement will be renovated as part of the ongoing General Assignment Classroom renovation program. Renovations include re-sizing classrooms, upgrading technology and Wi-Fi, and adding new furniture.

In order to comply with the Campus Security Standards Implementation Project, UC Davis is replacing multiple types of key-card control systems with AggieAccess, the new standard for electronic building access.
