Physical Sciences District Pathways Improvement Project

With new facilities like the Teaching and Learning Complex and the Diane Bryant Engineering Student Design Center opening in this district, we’re now working to transform the commute for the many bicyclists and pedestrians traveling here.

Teaching and Learning Complex

The Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC) will help meet current demand for classroom space, accommodate future growth and provide faculty with the cutting-edge tools and technologies to respond to a variety of teaching styles and enhance educational research.

TLC Fourth Floor Fit-Out

The fourth floor of the Teaching and Learning Complex will host 12,000 square feet of open offices that will support undergraduate education. To facilitate this missions, revisions will be made to the fourth floor of the TLC to best support occupants.

Walker Hall South Plaza Improvements

A companion project to the Walker Hall renovations, this site improvements project extends and connects the pedestrian pathways from the Student Community Center to the Shields Library.

Wellman Hall Basement Classroom Renovations

Nine classrooms in the Wellman Hall basement will be renovated as part of the ongoing General Assignment Classroom renovation program. Renovations include re-sizing classrooms, upgrading technology and Wi-Fi, and adding new furniture.
