About this Project

Design and Construction Management is supporting Facilities Management on several deferred maintenance projects — on campus and beyond — including elevator repair, roof replacement and more. In Hart Hall, Meyer Hall, Tupper Hall, Shields Library and the Art Building, aging elevator systems will be upgraded for compliance with current building codes. The roof on Robbins Hall that has reached the end of life will be removed and replaced. DCM deferred maintenance assistance also extends to the Bodega Marine Laboratory, which is a part of the UC Davis Coastal and Marine Sciences Institute. Work on the marine lab will include repair of the North Wing.
