Special Projects Group
Special Projects Group (SPG) provides project management and related services, from planning through construction.
SPG typically supports projects in the range of $50,000 to $3,000,000, as well as assistance with office furniture selection and procurement.
Interiors & Renovations: The project management team specializes in office and classroom renovations including interior design, furniture procurement and installation.
Technical Facilities: The project management team specializes in laboratory and other research facility renovations, agricultural facilities (e.g. greenhouses and screenhouses), athletic facilities and modular buildings.
Our Furniture Services group assists campus customers with the selection, design and purchase of standardized office furniture, primarily through United Corporate Furnishings (UCF), a local Steelcase furniture provider.
Our Design Group includes licensed architects who provide design services in support of projects.
