Special Projects Group

Our Special Projects Group (SPG) provides project management and related services, from planning through construction, for projects typically in the range of $50,000 to $3,000,000, as well as assistance with office furniture selection and procurement.

  • Our Interiors & Renovations project management team specializes in office and classroom renovations including interior design, furniture procurement and installation.

    Our Technical Facilities project management team specializes in laboratory and other research facility renovations, agricultural facilities (e.g. greenhouses and screenhouses), athletic facilities and modular buildings.

  • Furniture Services
  • Our Furniture Services group assists campus customers with purchasing contracted office furniture through partnered suppliers and in collaboration with Special Services.
  • Design Group
  • Our Design Group includes licensed architects who provide design services in support of projects.
