About this Project

This 1,200-square-foot expansion of the UC Davis Coffee House will provide enhanced spaces for both employees and patrons. The addition includes new and renovated areas, such as dedicated workspaces for student employees and administrative staff, a conference room, and secure lockers. The outdoor dining area will also be expanded, offering additional seating and improved landscaping for a more inviting experience. Inside, the back-of-house spaces will undergo renovations to improve safety and provide a new break area for staff. The project will also convert the existing men’s and women’s restrooms into inclusive, gender-neutral facilities. Furthermore, seismic upgrades and accessibility enhancements will be implemented to ensure the building meets modern safety and accessibility standards.
