Coffee House West Addition and Renovation

About this Project

The UC Davis Coffee House is expanding by 1,200 square feet, creating improved spaces for both employees and patrons. The project adds new and renovated areas, including dedicated workspaces for student employees and administrative staff, a conference room, and secure lockers. The outdoor dining area will grow as well, with additional seating and refreshed landscaping to create a more welcoming atmosphere. Inside, back-of-house spaces will be upgraded to enhance safety and provide a new break area for staff. The existing men’s and women’s restrooms will be converted into inclusive, gender-neutral facilities. In addition, seismic upgrades and enhanced access features will ensure the building meets modern safety standards.
