About this Project

This 1200 square foot expansion of the Coffee House will serve CoHo employees and patrons with new and renovated spaces. The expansion will add student employee and administration workspaces including offices, a conference room and lockers. This project also expands the outdoor dining area with new seating and landscaping. Additionally, existing back-of-house space will be renovated to enhance safety, and add a new break area. Renovations also include changing the existing men’s/women’s restrooms into new gender inclusive restrooms. The project also addresses seismic corrections and accessibility upgrades outside the building.
