Gorman Museum at Nelson Hall

About this Project

With over 2,500 pieces of contemporary art by Native American and Indigenous artists, the Gorman Museum will be relocating to this larger, more flexible and innovative space complete with over 4,500 square feet of public gallery space. Adding to the other arts venues in the UC Davis Gateway District, this new location integrates administrative space for staff and student employees, multi-functional outdoor event areas, a museum atrium and state-of-the-art lighting for the museum’s renowned Native American art collection.
