About this Project

Design and Construction Management developed a comprehensive program to demolish 100 buildings identified as “beyond repair.” Many of these structures are older, small buildings in south and west campus or temporary buildings that have long outlived their temporary status. Work includes safe removal of hazardous materials; removal and reuse of materials where possible; proper disconnection and capping of utilities; demolition and disposal of structures; and site restoration.
