About this Project

The second of the Tercero housing district's dining commons, Latitude is illuminated by large exterior windows.

The 30,000 square foot building houses multiple international food platforms and two floors of indoor seating for 500, a full commercial kitchen, retail grab-n-go convenience options and multiple outdoor dining patios.
