Seismic Improvements 2020 project consists of structural upgrades to the essential services buildings of Fire and Police and Central Heating and Cooling Plant (CHCP). Seismic work includes reinforcing sheer walls, tie beam strengthening, and roof to wall connections. Also included are code and deferred maintenance work at the entrance, restrooms, parking and pathways.
