About this Project

To improve electrical power reliability, provide capacity for growth, allow for operational flexibility and minimize the impact of major power outages, our campus is adding a new transformer to the electrical substation. This project will provide a new 30 MVA transformer “H” with associated switchgears and capacitor bank at the campus electrical substation and install a new 18-way duct bank to transport bulk power from the substation to the S2 switch station.
