About this Project

This project consists of structural upgrades to the essential services of the Central Heating and Cooling Plant. Seismic work includes reinforcing sheer walls, tie beam strengthening, and roof to wall connections. Deferred maintenance and accessibility code work will also be completed at the facilities’ entrance, restrooms, parking lot and pathways.
